๐ŸŒพ FUN FACT FRIDAY! ๐ŸŒพ

Hereโ€™s another look at just how BIG agriculture is in Adams County!

According to the 2022 Census of Agriculture, our local farmers generated $262.1 MILLION in grain sales! ๐ŸŒฝ๐Ÿ’ฐ

That number represents the hard work happening in fields all across our county, from planting and growing to harvest and everything in between. ๐Ÿšœ

Last week, Annabelle had the chance to spend some time with the Adams County CEO Class of 2027 and share a little bit about Adams County and Illinois Farm Bureaus!๐ŸŒฑ

We talked about what it means to be a grassroots organization, how Farm Bureau is led by a board of directors, and what it looks like when farmers and community members come together to make a difference in the ag industry.

And this group? A room full of future leaders! We loved getting to spend time with them. ๐Ÿ‘

๐ŸŒŸ Fun fact: Annabelle was first introduced to Shawn and Farm Bureau when her CEO class visited the Farm Bureau office. Now, a few years later, sheโ€™s the one visiting with the next CEO class! Talk about coming full circle! ๐Ÿ”„

We truly believe great things come from the Adams County CEO program, and we encourage all high school juniors to apply. You never know where one visit, one conversation, or one opportunity might lead you! ๐Ÿ’š

โœจ Another successful Ladies Night in the books! โœจ

On Tuesday, 19 ladies joined us for a fun evening of creativity and made their very own dried floral resin trays with the help of One knotty maker! ๐ŸŒธ

Every tray turned out beautifully and was completely unique to the person who made it. We loved seeing everyoneโ€™s creativity shine! ๐Ÿ’โœจ

And the fun isnโ€™t stopping here! Our next workshop is already scheduled for Thursday, November 5th, where weโ€™ll be learning how to make beautiful bows and wrap presents in a fun and creative way just in time for the holiday season. ๐ŸŽ€๐ŸŽ

Stay tuned for more details. We canโ€™t wait to see you there! โค๏ธ
