Did you know that Bay State Community Services' programs hosts tons of cool events? Check out this throwback to our June 2026 ZINE event in collaboration with QTLibrary and Panethnic Pourovers. We had great, free food from Rubato in Quincy, hosted an LGTBQIA+ book drive, and hung out with zinesters and artists from all across the area to create art, poetry, and community together. Keep an eye out for more fun events from Bay State Community Services and message us if you're interested in learning more about upcoming events!

Did you know August is Black Small Business Month?
I bet you also may not have known that many therapists are considered small business owners! This month, we celebrate all of the contributions of black small business owners to the mental health field.

It's also important to know that therapy is for EVERYONE! There's no one right way to get support, and with hundreds of therapeutic modalities, many unique providers, and different methods of support (group therapy, one on one, others!) .
Need help finding a therapist that you connect with? www.cliniciansofcolor.org can help connect you to therapists in your area that identify as people of color. Treatment works - and isn't one size fits all!
