🌱 Mindful Nurturing Parenting Course

Caregivers of children ages 0–5 are invited to join this 8-week online video course designed to support mindful, nurturing parenting. Thank you to First 5 Plumas for collaborating on this project!

Participants receive:
• Text support for parenting resources & questions
• 1-on-1 sessions with the instructor
🎁 Parents who complete the course and final survey may choose a gift valued up to $40 (diapers, books, toys, baby necessities, and more).
