THE TEACHER:
Dr. Cooper is a close disciple of Khentin T’ai Situpa, and received this transmission from Khandro Rinpoche. Fred has been teaching at Kagyu Centers in the US for 30 years. He is a theoretical physicist at the SFI and LANL.
