Opening Day yesterday was a great day at the show. In close working partnership with WSWHE BOCES and ETA - Employment Training for Adults, we were proud to honor five graduates of our Marine Technology Program:

• Stephen Mittler
• Jonathan Valastro
• Nathan Winslow
• Svitozar Zakhariia

Organization Director, Joel Holden and Communications Director, George Normandin were joined by Administrator for Adult Programs, Michelle Stockwell to honor the five graduates and Instructor, Brian Foster.

Senator Dan Stec, Assemblyman Matt Simpson, and Kimberly Milligan with Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner's Office were honorary speakers who also presented honorary recognition to the graduates and their instructor.

Special thanks also go to Mike Jarvis of Local Union 773; and Scott Gushlaw, William VanNess and Rachel Hajos from Queensbury for their amazing support of the Marine Technology Program and our parent organization, Eastern New York Marine Trades Association (ENYMTA.org).

This is a wonderful community and we appreciate the partnerships with our peer leaders to continue to advance it. More big things to come in the future!
