Hello friends! Outreach Care continues to receive calls daily from individuals and families seeking help with emergency motel stays due to homelessness, rent payments, and utility bills. Hi everyone and happy September! Please check out our brand new website www.outreach.care! There is information, testimonials, ways to donate, and even some stats (i.e. we have doubled the amount of families we served in 7 years)! Thank you for your support in helping community members in need!

Sharing feedback we received from a recent client. "My husband and I just wanna thank the amazing people from Outreach Care that helped us with a vehicle, with nights at a hotel, and also items for our new apartment The care, love, and support from this program is phenomenal. Mrs. Joanne Cramer is a wonderful, amazing woman. She has been there for us through a lot of times. We are very blessed. Thank you."

Last month we helped a single mom with 2 children by paying the fee needed to get her official high school transcript from the Dominican Republic, which her employer required. We worked with BCOC to help with her rent also, which was past due. We are happy to report that she has started back to work full-time and her burden of past-due rent has been relieved. We have faith in her self-sufficiency moving forward!

Since 2012, Outreach Care (ORC) has worked with the Upper Bucks community to provide temporary emergency shelter and resources for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. In fiscal year 2025–2026, ORC continued to address growing homelessness and financial hardships among individuals and families in Upper Bucks County. We are proud to share that during the 2025-2026 fiscal year, we assisted a total of 48 households.
