The fire department will be having a live burn at the park this evening. We ask that nobody cross the tracks during this burn. It will be controlled with fire personnel present. There will be no need to call it in for investigation as it is already reported to dispatch. If you desire to watch, please do so from the tracks and do not cross over them. Our first priority is safety to everyone. We appreciate all of you and your continued support!

Tonight was a very informative night for Fire and EMS personnel who attended the continuing education training. Tonight's topic was "drowning emergencies". We had 17 firefighter and/or EMS in attendance. Thank you to Senecaville, Lore City, Fairview, Pleasant City, Liberty and Quaker City members for attending. Food was delicious. Thank you to Whisked by MJ for the strawberry crunch cake in honor of EMS week. Everyone went back for seconds. Winners for door prizes were Holly and Mary of Fairview, Autumn from Liberty and Gary and Dave from Quaker City. We look forward to the next training night.
