Tapestry Singers Tapestry Singers is an adult community choir based in Puyallup, Washington and a proud member of Arts Downtown. Pioneer Ave. in Puyallup.

The TAPESTRY SINGERS is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the vocal arts in Pierce County. The TAPESTRY SINGERS perform, by request at local functions and present three concerts during the year. Aside from performing and promoting the enjoyment of vocal music in the local community, TAPESTRY maintains a community service focus. Concerts are regularly scheduled at local re

tirement and nursing homes, plus an annual Bereavement Concert to encourage those who have lost someone, and a Benefit Concert is coordinated with other local performing groups where all proceeds are given to the Puyallup Valley FISH Food Bank. TAPESTRY SINGERS recruit twice each year for new members usually late September and early January. Practice is held weekly at 7:00 - 9:00 PM on Wednesday evenings at United Methodist Church, at 1919 W. Rehearsals begin in September, running weekly through May, with the exception of a few weeks off following the Christmas Concert.
