Community Meet and Greet

Today, State Representative Michael Keaton and I did a meet and greet the community at Dr. Eli Homecare Training LLC, located at 9503 19th Ave E in Tacoma, near Midland. The center provides professional training and continuing education for caregivers and home care aides.

We met with students preparing to become care aides, listened to their experiences, and answered their questions. Representative Keaton shared that, if reelected, he would support the school’s growth so it can continue serving and benefiting our community.

I am glad to see my supporters, voters, and neighbors connecting with the support and opportunities they need. I remain committed to listening, bringing people together, and advocating for our community.

Together, we can build stronger families and a stronger community.

A solemnized day….

Last weekend, we had the opportunity to join our current District 25 State Representative in visiting a community function and connecting with a local business leader.

It was a valuable opportunity to listen, learn, and better understand the experiences, concerns, and priorities of people in our community. Meaningful leadership begins with being present, building relationships, and listening to the people we seek to serve.

I am grateful for these conversations and will continue engaging with residents, business leaders, community organizations, and elected officials as we work together to strengthen District 25.

Our community is stronger when we listen to one another and work together.

I had the pleasure of meeting with some of my voters and supporters at a private gathering to personally thank them for their encouragement, prayers, and support throughout our campaign.

We were also honored to be joined by my former competitor, State Representative Michael Keaton. I truly appreciated the opportunity to discuss the importance of a bipartisan approach to serving our community. We may come from different political perspectives, but when it comes to improving the lives of the people we serve, there is much we can accomplish by working together.

I was also grateful for his advice and insights on building broader community support, strengthening relationships, and continuing to serve our district.

Elections may come and go, but our responsibility to the community continues. I remain committed to listening, learning, building bridges, and working with people from all backgrounds and political perspectives to strengthen our community.

Thank you to everyone who continues to believe in our shared vision. This is not the end of the journey—it is another chapter of service.
