Do you need to get some more movement in your life? Take SAIL at the library! Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk of falls. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercise, as well as a cool down. We love the Dolly Parton Imagination Library! Sign up your favorite kiddos under the age of five, and plan to come celebrate Dolly's birthday on January 19 with a special story time!

🥳 On this wonderful Wednesday, we are excited to share the Dolly Parton Imagination Library's impact in Oklahoma, with the news that 1,052,708 books have been distributed statewide!

Let's increase the opportunities to put books in the hands of young learners, and sign them up before Dolly's 80th birthday on January 19th!

Drop by the Purcell Public Library on Thursday, December 18, between 3:30 and 6:30 pm for a come-and-go gift wrapping session. 🎁

We’ll have wrapping paper, boxes, bows, and snacks ready. Bring your gifts and enjoy a cozy space to wrap and connect!
