I can’t believe adoption day is almost here! The puppies had their final round of vaccines today. What a long way they’ve come since we first met them!

Stories like this trio’s are why we do what we do! When we took in Shorty, Cerberus, and Freyja at just two weeks old, we knew that we were in for a long period of sleepless nights. What we didn’t realize was how rewarding it would be to watch them grow up and hit all of their milestones. We are so grateful to their new families for giving them the lives of luxury they deserve! Hello everyone! We did not expect Shorty’s post to blow up or get shared like it did! We are very grateful that there is so much interest in this sweet girl. However, we are being flooded with messages and a lot of them are the same questions over and over. For those of you who are new to Saving for a Storm, we are a tiny rescue that is volunteer run by just a few people. So I figured I would answer all of the main questions at once! Pupdate: the trio are now 13 weeks and Shorty is the last one looking for her foster-to-adopt home! We were worried about how she would do without her siblings, but she is doing amazing! She is so loving and she is working on potty training. She’s going to make a family so happy!
