Pooch Park at WCHS Pooch Park is Whitman County's first and only off-leash dog park. Access to Pooch Park is available through a paid membership.

The park features fully enclosed sections for both large and small dogs, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all.

Whitman County Humane Society is looking for volunteers (21+ only) to work shifts in the National Lentil Festival Beer Garden. Every volunteer hour helps raise funds that support the animals in our care.
