"Progress takes place outside your comfort zone."

Halle Howe grows in leadership by pushing her limits. This year, she served as the ASWSU Deputy Director of Health and Safety, an ASWSU Uncertified Senator, and a member of the Physician Assistants Club and the WSU Women's Soccer Club.

It doesn't matter how you get involved; just start pushing yourself a little further every day.

Leadership tip: Pay attention to who isn’t speaking in the room.

Strong teams come from hearing different perspectives, and leaders help create the space for others to contribute.

No one signs up knowing exactly what it’ll become...

Sometimes it’s curiosity, sometimes it’s just showing up.

And then one thing turns into people, experiences, and something you actually care about.

Whatever your reason is for getting involved... it’s enough to start.

Thanks for a great year of involvement. Go Cougs!
