Great turnout at this year’s annual Union/Association picnic! The mechanical bull canceled on us early this morning but we are still having fun!!! Thank You to Guest Speakers Leroy Mora and Jon Post.

At yesterday’s union membership meeting, we had the privilege of hearing directly from two candidates running to represent our community: Leroy Mora (candidate for Pueblo County Sheriff) and Jon Post (candidate for Colorado House District 46).

As a union, keeping our members informed on who is stepping up to lead Pueblo County and the state of Colorado is essential. Both candidates shared their visions, addressed key community issues, and answered questions from our floor.

Thank you to everyone who attended and asked tough, thoughtful questions. Stay engaged, stay informed, and make sure your voice is heard.

After 29 years of service to the Pueblo Police Department, we're proud to celebrate Corporal Jimmie Quintana on his retirement.
Last week, members of the union gathered to honor his career, leadership, and dedication to both the department and the officers he represented as union president.
Thank you for nearly three decades of service to this community and for the impact you've had on those around you. Wishing you nothing but the best in retirement!
