Steel City Members,
The Walt and Margaret Jackson Colorado State Eagles Scholarship Fund is now accepting applications for the 2026 award cycle. This scholarship provides financial support for members, as well as children and grandchildren of members, who plan to attend an accredited college, university, or trade school.
The deadline to submit completed applications is May 15, 2026. This ensures the Scholarship Committee has time to review submissions before the State Convention in June.
If you or an eligible family member would like to apply, please see the Aerie Secretary for the official application form and certification page. Completed packets must include the acceptance letter, required essay, references, and all other documentation outlined in the application.

Dear Members,

Our Aerie thrives because of the dedication, heart, and service of people like you. As we look ahead, we’re seeking members who are ready to step forward and help guide our future. Several key roles are open, and your involvement could make all the difference.

We are currently seeking volunteers for the following positions:
• Officers: Vice-President, Inside Guard, Trustee
• Aerie Auditor
• Trial Committee
• Finance Committee
• Kitchen Helpers
• Cleaning Crew

The kitchen is now serving food Tuesday through Friday from 1pm to 7pm each week. Weekly specials include Taco Tuesday, Wing Wednesday, Thursday Sloppers, and Friday Pork Chop Dinner. We also host Karaoke every Wednesday.

In addition, hall rentals are now available. Please see or call a trustee for more information.

Each position carries its own level of responsibility and time commitment, so there truly is a place for everyone—whether you’re looking for a leadership role or simply want to lend a hand behind the scenes.

If you love your Aerie, this is the moment to show your appreciation by getting involved. Your participation strengthens our community, supports our mission, and ensures that our Aerie continues to grow and succeed. If you want this Aerie to succeed, be the reason it does.
