Mayes County Healthy Living Program We are under the umbrella of the Mayes County HOPE Coalition. We strive for people to have "Better Lives through Better Health." What's in it for you?

Oklahoma has consistently had poor health outcomes due to very high rates of diseases related to to***co use, physical inactivity, poor nutrition, and obesity. Our work is targeted to places where it can make the most impact on our health: businesses, cities and governments, schools, and community organizations/institutions. This is a free, voluntary program aimed at reducing health care costs and

improving lives through simple sustainable changes. As a partner you only stand to gain in health and happiness. You may also become eligible for Certified Healthy Oklahoma program status.
