⚽️ TEAMS HAVE BEEN FORMED! 🎉

We’re excited to officially announce that teams have been formed for the upcoming soccer season! 🙌

You should be hearing from your coach soon with more information. Coaches will also have the uniforms for their teams if you ordered one, and they’ll distribute them to players.

🥅 What to Expect:

Even if you didn’t order a jersey, every player will still receive new soccer shorts and socks! 🎉

Players should come prepared with:
💧 A water bottle
⚽️ A soccer ball, if you’re able to bring your own to practice
👟 Soccer cleats
🦵 Shin guards

We are currently low on soccer balls, so if your player has one they can bring to practice, we would really appreciate it! We’re also hoping to purchase new balls for the league next year.

❤️ WE STILL NEED YOUR HELP!

Our league depends on volunteers and community support to make the season possible. We’re still working to secure the funding needed to sponsor our program, and every volunteer hour and donation makes a difference.

We are especially looking for volunteers to help with:

🧑‍⚖️ Refereeing
⚽️ Team & League Support

You don’t have to be an expert or know everything about soccer — we just need people willing to give a little of their time to help our kids have a fun, safe, and successful season!

⚽️ 10U BOYS PARENTS — WE NEED YOU! ⚽️

We need 3 coaches for our 10U boys division in order for our kids to play this season. ❤️

Right now, we do not have enough coaches to form the teams, which means our boys’ season is at risk.

We know coaching can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve never coached soccer before — but you do NOT need to be a soccer expert! AYSO provides training, resources, and support to help you get started. You just need to be willing to show up, learn, and give our kids the opportunity to play. 🙌

If your son is in 10U, please consider stepping up and coaching. You could be the reason an entire team gets to play this season. ⚽️

🙏 We need 3 coaches — that’s it.

If you’ve been thinking, “Someone else will probably volunteer,” this is your sign that your child’s team may need YOU.

Hey all you 6U & Kickstart parents!
We can't wait to see and meet you all tomorrow at our Meet & Greet!!

What to expect:

This is an opportunity to meet your future coaches, team parents, and teammates.
You can bring your kiddos but it's not mandatory as we won't be practicing.

What we need from you:

Coaches we need some coaches for 6U!!
This is a very simple way to be involved in your child's sports from a young age. The only requirement for coaching 6U is to be kind and be fun, you do not need knowledge about soccer. We can teach you what you need to know through our online training!

We would like to introduce the 6U coach manager Joe Sutton, and thank him for taking on this role. He expressed "he's excited to take on this role and ready for the new season to start!" Thank you Joe for stepping up for our future leaders! We will need about 3-6 more volunteers to help Joe set up every Saturday and coach these kiddos.

Also we need a snack manager!!

We'd like to try something new in hopes of creating a better snack routine for the 6U kiddos! If you'd like to volunteer and help with coordinating snacks please comment below or send us a message, this can be a really great way to get to know other parents.

Evaluations tonight for 8U, 10U, and 12U at Manzanita. Expect to stay until 7:15 as we will be having a short meeting after evaluations.

If your child is in 6U or Kickstart (3-4) you do not need to come to evaluations tonight although we will be having a meet & greet on August 20th to go over what to expect during the season and how you can help us have a ton of fun!
