📢 Exciting News and a New Chapter! 🎉

I am thrilled to share some major milestones in my professional journey! After an incredible tenure at Texas State University, I am honored to have achieved tenure and have been promoted to Associate Professor. It has been an amazing experience working with talented colleagues and inspiring students.

However, I am excited to announce that I have made the decision to resign from my position at Texas State to pursue a passion project that has been close to my heart for years. I am turning my executive coaching and corporate consulting firm, FYV Consulting, into my full-time venture! 🚀

Our mission at FYV Consulting is to help organizations thrive by making work environments more productive and enjoyable. We offer a range of services designed to empower leaders and teams to achieve their full potential.
