A reminder that street parking is not allowed on the blue-signed streets when it snows!

A couple friendly reminders of HOA rules:
Please store your trash cans in your garage out of sight within 24 hours of trash collection. 🗑
Please remember that street parking is not allowed when it snows. ☃️ This helps the plows do their work! If your vehicle is parked on an HOA-owned street (HOA streets have blue street signs) when it snows, your vehicle might be towed.

Hello everyone! Just to make sure everyone is aware, we are changing management service providers starting next month.

Here's a copy of the notice from Evolution Community Management:

January 20, 2018
Greetings! We here at Evolution are pleased to inform you that we have been hired to provide management services to Pioneer HOA effective February 1, 2018. We will be replacing Advantage
Management as your service provider. You can reach us between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Thursday and 9am – 3pm on Fridays at (801) 708-0525, or by email at
[email protected].

We have requested the contact and financial records from your former management company. Once we receive these records, we will send an additional notice with payment options. Any dues
payments already mailed to Advantage will be accepted and turned over to us at the end of the month. February dues payments can be mailed to the address above. All HOA payments should be made out to Pioneer HOA. The account number that you currently use will not change. For those enrolled in ACH for the payment of your dues, we will process your payments on the 10th as usual. Early in February we will send a new ACH form that we will need completed to update
your record.

Please send us an email with “registration” in the subject line if you would like to receive a monthly billing statement by email.

As a reminder, cars may not be parked against the flow of traffic, across sidewalks, or on grass. An improperly parked car may be towed at anytime.

Due to today's inclement weather, tonight's HOA Annual Meeting has been rescheduled for next Thursday, Sep. 19, at 6:00pm. We plan to hold the meeting at the Pioneer Pavilion, but in case of rain next week, will have it at Advantage Management's offices in Orem.

All HOA streets (those with the blue street signs), and the Pioneer II parking lot, will have asphalt work done this week. Please remember and plan that there will be no access in or out of the streets on Aug 13 and 16.

All private streets (those with the blue street signs) will have asphalt work done on August 14 & 16. Please mark your calendars and plan on not driving on private streets those days.

We've had complaints that some owners are leaving their cars parked in HOA lots for extended periods of time. HOA lots are not for storage. As a reminder, a vehicle parked in one spot without moving for over 5 days may be towed.
