Utah continues to shine when it comes to education. According to Utah Foundation’s Social Indicators report, 61.1% of adults ages 25+ have earned a degree or post-secondary certification — far above the national average.

A strong education base strengthens the workforce, supports higher earning potential, and creates more pathways out of poverty. It’s one of the reasons Utah continues to see growth and opportunity.

Maralee is one of our longest standing volunteers and she has earned a reputation for being a superhero!

Among the many other valuable services she has offered to our program, Maralee has also arranged to have her church congregation from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serve dinner at our Provo location once a month. Every second week of the month, her church members bring in an arrangement of succulent dishes that are loved by all.

Several different families offer a large dish from a predetermined menu. This is a great example of a group coming together with each individual offering what they can and creating something amazing.

We want to offer a special thank you to Maralee and each member of her ward who has served over the past few years. We greatly appreciate all you do!
