In November 2014, the American Institute of Architects sent a multidisciplinary team to Provincetown to assess the challenges facing the town in its efforts to remain a viable, resilient year-round community. At the end of its three day visit, the volunteer team -- which included an architect, a waterfront expert, a land use planner, a landscape architect, and an affordable housing finance expert

— offered its findings to the town, which can be found here. Provincetown 365 first formed to consider those recommendations and established the mission, guiding principles and vision below. We chose the name "Provincetown 365" because of our mission to promote Provincetown as a year round, or 365-day, community. is the fiscal sponsor of Provincetown 365.
