We’re excited to welcome Sustainable CAPE back to the Mary Heaton Vorse House for another seasonal Market!

Join us for a celebration of the Cape’s fall harvest, bringing together local farmers, fishermen, chefs, and friends for an evening of great food and community.

Shop freshly harvested local far and flowers, enjoy seasonal hors d’oeuvres from three talented chefs, and sip craft cocktails.

Two works by Campbell-Lynn Mclean are currently on view at the Mary Heaton Vorse House.❤️🎨

Earlier this spring, we had the pleasure of hosting Campbell-Lynn for a week at the Vorse House as part of the Provincetown Arts Society’s Artist-in-Residence program. We’re thrilled to have these works on view at the house, showcasing Campbell-Lynn’s distinctive use of color, atmosphere, and everyday objects.

Our event No Greater Love, brought our community together to support The Animal Rescue League of Boston & Cape Cod, Provincetown Art Association & Museum, and Provincetown Arts Society. Plenty of adorable dogs in need of new homes at all shelter locations ❤️🐶

Unforgettable evening on Golden Pond. 💛🎬

We gathered at the Mary Heaton Vorse House for a special screening of the Oscar-winning On Golden Pond, with Academy Award-winning screenwriter and author Ernest Thompson joining us to share stories and answer questions about the beloved film.

From Broadway to the big screen. 🎭

We loved bringing this Tony Award-winning production to Provincetown and sharing its unforgettable music and retelling of the myths of Orpheus & Eurydice and Hades & Persephone with our community.

Join us at the Provincetown Arts Society for a special afternoon celebrating the work of photographer Susan Mikula.

On September 3rd & 4th, Susan Mikula will transform the courtyard at the Mary Heaton Vorse House in to a pop-up studio, creating quick, spontaneous Polaroid portraits of people in Provincetown. With no major styling or preparation, each 10-minute session will captured participants exactly as they were, a glimpse of Provincetown at the close of summer 2026.

You’re invited to come see the results!📸

An afternoon of cocktails, hors d’oeuvres & oysters as we celebrate these intimate portraits and the people who make Provincetown what it is.

The evening will feature a screening of the beloved 1981 film, accompanied by storytelling from Academy Award-winning screenwriter and author Ernest Thompson, who adapted the film from his acclaimed play.

Starring Katharine Hepburn, Henry Fonda, and Jane Fonda, On Golden Pond is a timeless story of family, aging, love, and reconciliation.
