Everyone on the Canteen Unit would like to say Thank You to all the First Responders and DPW workers out in this blizzard making sure everyone in our small town is safe. As we sit in the comfort of our homes, these men and women have been out all day, whether it be plowing our roads, taking people to the shelter, checking on down wires or rescue calls. So the next time you see any of these courageous people, make sure to say thank you. It will definitely bring a smile to their faces.

Sometimes it’s the little things that matter the most. ❤️

We send our deepest condolences to the family in Eastham during this difficult time.

Thank you to the PD and FD for all you are doing while trying to bring closure to the family. We admire the bravery of the two police officers who risked their lives to help before backup arrived.

While the FD and PD continue the search today, please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

At 1:41 am this morning, members of Group 1 and Squad 1 provided mutual aid support to Truro at their structure fire. We achieved this while maintaining adequate fire and EMS coverage in Provincetown. A special shout-out to Jack, who successfully passed his physical agility test at Hudson, MA the previous day and remained committed to his Squad shift. All members pictured are Pro- Board certified firefighters and have completed their physical agility tests to be firefighters. Your support of our firefighters matter every day in Provincetown, and to our neighbors as well. A picture in a million words. Thank you—this generation and successive generations of firefighters appreciate you — Provincetown.
