As we head into the final week of our 7-week Strength & Conditioning Clinic Series, we want to recognize the dedication and hard work of our Holliston Youth Cheer athletes! 💪📣

The growth we’ve seen from the cheerleaders who committed to these weekly sessions has been incredible. From improved strength and endurance to increased confidence and focus, their effort and consistency have truly paid off.

A huge thank you to Firewall Fitness for partnering with HYC and helping our athletes build a strong foundation for success both on and off the mat. 🔥

We’re excited to share that Holliston Youth Cheer and Firewall Fitness will continue this commitment to athlete development in Fall 2026! Our Middle School Squad will participate in ongoing strength and conditioning training with one dedicated session each week throughout the season.

There’s still one clinic left in this series, and we can’t wait to finish strong together! ❤️ 🤍 🖤
