We’re excited to announce our new partnership with Firewall Fitness and introduce our 7-Week Cheer Strength & Conditioning Program! 💪📣
This program is designed specifically for youth cheerleaders currently in Grades 3 - 8 to build strength, confidence, and resilience—both on and off the mat. Athletes will focus on improving core strength, balance, coordination, and overall conditioning, all essential for stronger jumps, cleaner tumbling, and safer stunting.
Each high-energy session will include a mix of:
🔥 Strength training
🔥 Athletic drills
🔥 Fun, engaging conditioning
Our goal? Help athletes move better, build a solid foundation, and reduce injury risk—all in a positive and supportive environment where they can thrive.
🗓 Session Dates (Sundays, 5:00–6:00 PM):
