New England ATTC

The New England Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC) serves the following HHS Region 1 states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. We are part of a SAMHSA-funded international network that provides training and implementation support to the workforce serving individuals with substance use disorders. The mission of the ATTC Network is to:


  • Accelerate the adoption and implementation of evidence-based and promising addiction treatment and recovery-oriented practices and services;

  • Heighten the awareness, knowledge, and skills of the workforce that addresses the needs of people with substance use or other behavioral health disorders; and
