☕️💜 Happy Menopause Awareness Month!

On April 3, 2027, Jammat Housing and Sister Friend Circle is excited to host our 3rd Annual ClariTEA and Care: Black Women Understanding Menopause Conference in Providence, RI!

Over the past two years, more than 150 women have joined us, from young women learning what’s ahead to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Together, we’ve had candid conversations with medical experts about pelvic health, intimacy, hormone therapy, weight management, mental and emotional wellness, health disparities, natural and pharmaceutical options, and so much more.

But what makes ClariTEA and Care truly special is the community, a trusted space to learn, ask questions, connect, laugh, and support one another.

By popular demand, Sharon Conard-Wells, Melissa Husband, Angie Bannerman Ankoma and Khadija Lewis Khan are thrilled to bring it back for year THREE!

What a powerful morning at Brotherhood in Wellness!

To everyone who showed up, showed out, and showed love, thank you. This event was more than a summit, it was a community coming together to prioritize the health and wellness of our brothers.
