The Heart Walk is a family-friendly event that unites our community t get active, raise funds, and make a difference together. The American Heart Association is turning bystanders into lifesavers by inspiring one person in every household to be prepared and confident to perform CPR. With the support of millions of walkers nationwide, we're equipping more people to act in cardiac emergencies while honoring survivors, funding vital research, and having fun along the way.

🏆3rd place: Eliza V. (senior, East Providence Career and Technical School)

The NAWIC Design Drafting Competition recognizes students for their creative design, successful problem solving, and craftsmanship in preparing architectural drawings and renderings. Drawings may be created using any computer-aided design (CAD) program available to the contestants, drawn by hand, or may consist of a combination of computer-aided and hand-drawn drawings.

The Design Drafting Competition is a prestigious contest designed to expose High School and College Undergraduate students to the world of design drawing and the construction industry. Entries are evaluated based on detail, accuracy, and originality of work.
