Every young person deserves the opportunity to explore their potential and build a pathway toward a brighter future.
Through RICJ’s Youth Career Pathways Program, young people gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, build confidence, and connect with mentors who believe in them.
These opportunities are made possible through the support of people who believe in investing in the next generation.

Your support helps us continue creating access, experiences, and career pathways for youth throughout our community.
Together, we can keep opening doors.

Support RICJ and invest in the next generation.

Culture Night is more than a celebration—it’s a chance to be seen, heard, and understood. 🌍✨

Through participant Ouray LaRose’s perspective, experience one of the most meaningful moments from RICJ’s Project RESPECT Summer Camp, where young people share their cultures, celebrate their identities, and learn from one another.

Culture Night is only one part of this transformative one-week program, designed to strengthen leadership, encourage cross-cultural understanding, and build lasting connections among young people.

Help RICJ continue creating opportunities like this for future participants.

One year can change everything. 🌍✨

Last summer, Raita Ota joined Project Respect as a delegate. This year, he returned as a counselor—helping the next generation find their voice and celebrate who they are.

From leading speech workshops that build confidence to watching delegates proudly share their cultures during Culture Night, Raita’s journey is a reminder that leadership begins with opportunity.

At Project Respect, young people don’t just participate—they grow into mentors, leaders, and changemakers.

💙 Want to help create more stories like Raita’s?

🌍✨ Every culture has a story. Every dance keeps it alive.

At Project Respect Summer Camp, young people took the stage to celebrate their heritage through music, movement, and community. Culture Night wasn’t just a performance—it was a powerful reminder that our differences make us stronger together.

Watch these incredible moments as our youth proudly represent their cultures and build confidence, connection, and respect through the arts. 💙

If you believe every young person deserves opportunities like this, help us continue creating safe spaces where they can learn, grow, and lead.
