I’m excited to share that I’ve officially completed the Executive Directors Learning Circle (EDLC) with United Way of Rhode Island and BankNewport.
I want to extend my sincere gratitude to my cohort members for their constant support and encouragement. Over the past 11 months, it has been an honor to learn alongside fellow founders and executive directors—sharing challenges, celebrating successes, and growing together. This was an incredibly supportive group, and I’m truly grateful to have been part of it.
I’d also like to take a moment to recognize our leader and facilitator, Michael Fournier, who is retiring after a long and distinguished career. His guidance, wisdom, and commitment have impacted not only our cohort but many who came before us. Thank you, Michael—you are deeply appreciated.
I look forward to applying the skills and insights gained through this program as I continue to lead both current and future organizations
