A huge thank you to URI Football for welcoming our Sport Management Workforce Program during summer camp and allowing our teens to spend three days getting a behind-the-scenes look at how a Division I football program operates 🐏

Our teens had the opportunity to shadow and learn from so many different people throughout the program, including defensive coaches, equipment managers, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning staff, and more. They even got the chance to communicate through the coaches’ headsets and experience what it is like to be part of the action behind the scenes.

We truly appreciate all of the coaches, athletic trainers, equipment staff, and everyone who took the time to speak with our teens, answer their questions, and give them a real look into the world of college athletics.

Most importantly, this experience showed our teens that there are so many career opportunities in sports beyond being an athlete. From coaching and athletic training to equipment management, strength and conditioning, and many other roles, there are countless ways to build a career in sports.

Thank you again to URI Football for investing in our teens and giving them an experience they will remember. We are grateful for the opportunity and look forward to continuing to expose our young people to the many possibilities within the sports industry! 💙🏈

Big cheers for Emma G. 🎉👑

She’s our 2026 Youth of the Year, and we couldn’t be more proud! After 4 amazing years at our Alvarez Club, Emma has truly made her mark 💙

Here’s why Emma is THAT girl:

✨ Speaks 3 languages (yes, she’s that impressive)

🏀 Always ready to hit the court—basketball is her thing!

👩🏾‍⚕️Future pediatrician in the making

And the next chapter? She’s deciding between UConn or URI to study Nursing!

We’re so proud and can’t wait to see her take on the world 💫
