Be the Solution to Pollution

Be the Solution to Pollution Shoreline cleanup group on the South Coast of Massachusetts. Our mission is to bring awareness to the problem of plastic pollution.

Our focus is to bring attention to the plastic waste problem and the fact that manufacturers should bear responsibility for the packaging and products they create. Less than 9% of all plastic is recycled. Single use plastic is connected to climate change from fossil fuel extraction, production, distribution and in the end most is buried, burned or left in the environment.

Meet in the parking lot closest to the cannons at the end of Fort Street.
Bring a reusable water bottle.
Free Giveaway and pizza!
In the event of rain, we will meet at Papa Gino’s at 171 Huttleston Avenue in Fairhaven at NOON for the giveaway.
