An Update from the Rhode Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

The Rhode Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is currently operating under the oversight of its Board of Directors. Day-to-day programming is currently paused while the Board reviews Chamber activities and priorities.

The Board remains committed to the Chamber’s mission and to supporting Rhode Island’s Latino business community.

We appreciate the continued support of our community and look forward to sharing updates as plans develop.

Ayer tuvimos el honor de recibir la visita de la Cónsul Claudia Gatica, del Consulado de Guatemala en Providence, Rhode Island, y de Jennifer Denise Lobos, encargada de Asuntos Comerciales del Consulado de Guatemala en Nueva York.

Durante esta importante reunión, dialogamos sobre iniciativas, programas y recursos orientados a fortalecer, apoyar e impulsar el crecimiento de los comerciantes y emprendedores guatemaltecos en nuestra comunidad.

Seguimos trabajando en colaboración para crear más oportunidades que promuevan el desarrollo económico y el éxito de los negocios hispanos.

Yesterday, we had the honor of welcoming Consul Claudia Gatica from the Guatemalan Consulate in Providence, Rhode Island, and Jennifer Denise Lobos, Commercial Affairs Officer from the Guatemalan Consulate in New York.

During this important meeting, we discussed initiatives, programs, and resources aimed at strengthening, supporting, and fostering the growth of Guatemalan business owners and entrepreneurs in our community.

We remain committed to working collaboratively to create more opportunities that promote economic development and contribute to the success of Hispanic-owned businesses.
