Today at the RI State House, things got colorful for our Pride themed workout. As RuPaul famously sang, "You better WORK!" 😉💅💃🎶

To celebrate the importance of Pride and its history in Providence, we completed a set of five exercises that each helped us spell out the letters in the word Pride. 👩‍🏫🏳️‍🌈

While we worked out to a Pride themed playlist, Ben and Maayan worked behind the scenes to tag some swag! There was a skirt in there that turned out very beautiful with the Pride rainbow tag. 😎🌈👗🎶

Bring a clothing item, get it tagged, and then enjoy wearing some pro Pride swag for the month of June (and beyond)! It's THAT simple. 😎👕🙏

What time was it? Why, it was Tabata time for our Wednesday morning workout! 💪⏰

Tabata means that we completed several high-intensity workouts in times intervals. The intent was to push ourselves to complete as much work as possible. While still looking fierce, of course! And then carving out enough time to rest after. Both are super important. 😎

Per our usual style, our full-body workouts brought us all around the RI State House! 🧭🏛️

Hopefully, if there were any scouts out there looking for last minute recruits for a certain world cup tournament coming up this weekend - we'd make the cut. 😎⚽🏆

A big thank you to everyone for continuing to share our motto, especially as the summer is ramping up! 🌞🙏

Today is , and we celebrated with our ! 💪🌞🌇 After all, it's the perfect time to have fun in the sun! Plus, we run with a good crowd. 😉

To mark the occasion, we relocated from the RI State House location and brought our quick feet over to Lippitt Memorial Park to get our sunny steps in at the Blackstone Boulevard path! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

A lot of distance was covered - both between our two-legged friends AND our four-legged friends. We also captured some rather bright and beautiful pictures! Truly the best of both worlds. 😎🐶📸

For those of you who are keeping the running spirit going with our friends over at tonight, have fun and run responsibly! 👍🍻

Tomorrow is Global Running Day!

While at November Project our workouts are varied to incorporate all kinds of exercises in a fun and challenging way, running is never too far from our minds.

For tomorrow we are going to celebrate with a classic on the Boulevard!

So for one Wednesday only- shift your location to to the Northernmost end of Blackstone Blvd where we will meet for a warmup bounce at 0531 followed by the run which will start AND finish at the turnaround.

Not familiar with the area? Put Three Sisters ice cream shop in your GPS and look for us right across the street on the running path

Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow morning while we laugh, smile, and sweat together- PLUS we will be tagging so an opportunity to get your very own Grassroots Gear- bring a light colored clothing item to get the sweet November Project and Anchor tag.

Still reading? Still excited for running? You can do a global running duo with our friends at gansettrunclub tmrw evening at Narragansett Brewery at 6pm. What better way to bookend global running day then with 2 awesome opportunities for working out and community.

Today was , and we did it OUR way! 💪

While we MAY be on the brink of closing out another month (see what we did there?), we still brought our motto to perform our very own personal bests with conquering the RI State House stairs for a full 40 minutes. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🕜

🎧 In addition to running, we also enjoyed a playlist curated by our very own Adam. We'll definitely be vibing to "Bee-boo-boo-bop, boo-boo-bop" for days. 😉🤖🎶

‼️We also want to call out that we had a new face among our crew today - Claire from Virginia! We're happy you joined us today, Claire! 🙌🤝

🦌There was also a surprise appearance from a local wild animal friend! While she kept a safe distance from us, we'd still like to think that she's an honorary member. Or at the very least, finds us ENDEERING. 😉😆

📢 Next week, we're meeting up at a NEW SPOT for our Sunrise 6K. 🌞
At 5:31 AM, the run will be kicked off at the Lippitt Park end of the Blackstone Boulevard running path. 🌅

Happy 8th Birthday to November Project Providence! 8️⃣🎱🙌🥳🎂🎁

Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating this huge milestone for our small but mighty chapter in PVD. There's no else we'd rather celebrate with! After all, what's a party without a couple of burpees and cupcakes? 😉💪🧁 (Thanks again Ben for bringing the cupcakes!)

Congratulations to Danielle for being our latest Positivity Award recipient! Our past recipient Maayan very graciously passed the torch. 🔥🗽
