The FCC public comments on Docket No. 26-189
are due by September 2, 2026.

The FCC is looking to ban the import and sale of specific foreign-made drones and critical parts (such as flight controllers, cameras, and smart batteries) deemed "military-grade" or connected to covered foreign entities.

If this proposal goes through law enforcement, public safety and the communities that we serve
will be negatively impacted.
