Timing really is everything, and these Ukrainian kids in Poland are heading into the new school year more prepared. Thank you Hope International for coming forward right when it mattered most. Starting school in a foreign country is always huge adjustment, but we hope having some new supplies brings a little comfort and excitement to the day. We’re so grateful for partners who show up at just the right moment. 💙💛

So thankful to see these aged-out kids in Ukraine receiving their filled suitcases! 🇺🇦❤️

Our partner organization was able to deliver suitcases filled with practical items to help them as they navigate life after the institution.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated and helped make this possible! We’re grateful that, even from far away and in the midst of war, we can continue to support these young adults and stay connected with them.

New chairs. Fresh spaces. Brighter rooms.

Because of your Christmas generosity, these bedrooms now have new white chairs, creating a more comfortable, welcoming environment for the children.

Thank you for turning holiday giving into everyday impact.

It was more than sobering and humbling to be at the memorial for those who loved their family and friends. “Greater love hath no man than to lay down his life.”

Rodney is the first one of our American team to go back into Ukraine since the war began. Visiting orphanages and contacts in the midst of war and winter. 1-2 hours of electricity a day, with the unknown hanging over every move and decision.

Small homes.
Family-style care.
Children at ease.

Rodney’s recent visit to some of the displaced children still in Poland showed a powerful shift from survival mode to stability.

New clothes. Sweet treats. A shared Christmas meal.

For these children in Ukraine, this celebration was about more than gifts, it was about being cared for, valued, and remembered. Thank you for making it possible. 🎄❤️

Pizza, treats, and big smiles in Poland 🇵🇱

A simple celebration became a powerful reminder that love and kindness still matter—especially to children displaced by war. Thank you for making this joy possible.

Even in the hardest circumstances, hope is still alive. These photos capture a Christmas celebration made possible because of faithful, generous hearts. For a moment, these children could simply be kids—laughing, celebrating, and feeling cared for.

We are so grateful to be part of bringing comfort and joy to them this season.
