Reminder from Elm Ridge regarding Stage 2 and watering restrictions.

Artesia Watering Schedule:

ODD Addresses may only water on SATURDAYS

EVEN Addresses may only water on THURSDAYS

Please note that you may only water your lawn from 6 PM to 10 AM on your scheduled day.

Please note that these restrictions are put in place by our water providers, Mustang SUD and UTRWD. We kindly ask for your cooperation as we work together to conserve water!

PS. the Board is aware that the HOA-related limitations were not implemented in conjunction with the initiation of this restriction, but the HOA landscape watering schedule will be updated to be in compliance tomorrow. (Thank you neighbors for flagging this to us!)

Attention Artesia -

Due to the unexpected departure of Taylor, Castle staff is still sifting through her emails. While the Board has had some homeowners follow up over the past week, the Board assumes it hasn’t received all requests that were submitted directly to Taylor, including payment plan applications and other statement related questions. Additionally, given the extenuating circumstances, the Board has requested that no further late fines be imposed by Castle at this time.

If you submitted forms to Taylor that are still pending Board approval, we request that you submit any and all forms or requests and the supporting information previously sent or submitted to Taylor (or other Castle staff) to the Board for review. Any requests for a payment plan or other balance related inquiries will be held for review and processing under the new management company, CCMC, taking over next month.

Please note, this does not apply to Architectural Review Committee (ARC) requests - Texas law prohibits HOA Board members from approving ARC requests - that responsibility lives with the ARC. The volunteer ARC has up to 60 days to review and approve requests, so please be patient as the review process takes place.

Dear Homeowners and Residents,

Please be advised that effective September 1, 2026, Artesia Community Association will transition to a new property management company, CCMC, and our current contract with Castle Group will end on August 31, 2026.

We are finalizing the transition details with the incoming management team…As more details are confirmed, we will share here.

While all transitions come with challenges, the Board made this decision to ensure our neighborhood stays well-maintained and running smoothly.

Please help protect our neighborhood greenspace and landscaping by keeping pets out of flower beds and avoiding driving or parking vehicles on the grass. Plants are dying and sprinklers are being damaged, so your cooperation not only keeps our community clean and green for everyone, but also helps conserve association funds.

Important Reminders
• Keep pets away from flower beds to prevent damage to plants and mulch.

• Pick up pet waste immediately if business happens in common areas.

• Do not park or drive cars, trucks, or trailers on the grass or lawns. *Note - vehicles found parked on landscaped areas will be referred to Elm Ridge Police.

Please be advised that Taylor Cowan has resigned from her position as the manager for Artesia. Due to the unexpected nature of her departure the office will remain closed for the duration of the week.

We recognize that this is not ideal and may cause some disruption. Castle Group is working to ensure on-site coverage by Monday, August 10. In the interim, please submit requests via TownSquare so that they can be processed by Castle customer service staff and/or reach out to the Board directly.

We will continue to share more information as it becomes available and appreciate your patience as we work to support Artesia.
