Welcome to May and Happy pool opening day!

We want to ensure that all residents have seamless access to the amenities, so our team, along with Envera representatives, will be on-site at both North and South pools from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM to assist with any digital access setup or troubleshooting needs. We strongly encourage you to complete the required forms in advance using the links provided below to help streamline the process.

If you are unable to complete the forms prior to arrival, no problem—copies will be available on-site for your convenience.

We look forward to kicking off the pool season with you and appreciate your cooperation in helping us ensure a smooth and efficient opening day.

🌿 Help Us Protect Our New Landscaping! 🐾

We’re excited to share that new landscaping has recently been installed throughout the community! As these plants begin to establish and grow, they are especially sensitive to damage.

We kindly ask all residents to please keep dogs from urinating on the new landscaping, as dog urine can be harmful and may cause these young plants to die before they have a chance to thrive.

We’re excited to announce that the community pools will officially open on Friday, May 1st—just in time to kick off the warmer weather!

Hours:
Sunday - Thursday: 10am - 9pm
Friday - Saturday: 10am - 10pm
Note: Pool monitors may be present, please be prepared to sign in and show ID.

We look forward to seeing everyone out by the pool!

As a reminder, the security and amenity access controls have been updated. This means old amenity access codes no longer work and old keypads have been replaced. If you were unable to attend our in-person sign-up event for the new Envera access system, you may complete your registration digitally by using the links below. Please note that once both have been submitted, it may take up to 2 business days before your access credentials are issued. Alternatively, you can also visit the office during business hours for assistance with sign-up. Note: Children age 16 and up can only be signed up in person, with a parent or legal guardian in attendance. Proof of age is required.

Once processed, you will receive an email from Open Cesamee with detailed instructions on how to set up your credentials.

Good morning, Artesia! Happy Sunday!

Quick reminder that we will have management and Envera staff on site (at the amenity center - near the south pool/gym) today again (10am-2pm) to facilitate registration for credentials for the new security system. Keep in mind that these credentials are necessary for access to the gyms and pools (when open). For those unable to attend today, a digital sign-up link will be shared soon.

Note - Due to the weather, the food truck has been rescheduled for next Saturday, April 25th.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Bluetooth-controlled security system in partnership with Envera Systems, designed to enhance safety and streamline amenity access throughout the community. Residents are encouraged to review the full notice for important setup details and attend one of our registration events this weekend.

To register, all residents must have a signed Amenity Access Waiver and be current on HOA dues; homeowners must provide proof of address, and tenants must submit landlord approval, a copy of their lease, and a signed waiver from the landlord.

Registration events will be held all weekend (see dates and times below) with food vendors onsite each day. Forms will be available via TownSquare, in person, and digitally at the events.

Friday (6:00–8:00 PM)
Saturday (10:00 AM–3:00 PM)
Sunday (10:00 AM–2:00 PM)
