📢 Reminder!! Board Meeting tomorrow, Tuesday Sept. 8th at 7pm in the Prospect Community Center!

We invite you all to come check out the meeting & consider getting involved with the league. We understand that many of you are already very busy & have concerns about how much time volunteering would entail. However, the more hands we have, the lighter the responsibilities will be for everyone.

So please, grab a sideline friend, come on down & help us keep this league going strong! We need you!!

🚨Urgent!! Volunteers Needed! Spread the word! 🚨

As a reminder, we are coming up on our annual Woodland Valley Board elections in October for the 2026-2027 softball year. This year, we have multiple board positions that need to be filled including:

League President
Secretary
Safety Office
Social Media Manager

🗓We invite you all to attend our next board meeting on Tuesday Sept. 8th at 7pm at the Prospect Community Center. Come down, find out what it's all about, & see how you can help!

🥎We are happy to discuss what each of these roles entails and answer any other questions you may have. This is a great opportunity to get involved and have a voice to help shape the future of the league, especially for parents of younger players just getting started on their softball journey.

‼️In addition to board members, we are always seeking extra volunteers in any capacity. The more help we have, the lighter the load is for everyone involved.

We understand that many of you are already over extended, but simply put- without volunteers, we do not have a league. We kindly ask you all to please consider getting involved to help us keep this wonderful recreational softball league available to the girls in our community!

🥎Thank you for your consideration! Please Like, Share, & help us spread the word!!

🥎Help us field our Fall Ball teams!🥎

We're currently in need of a few more players and volunteer coaches to help us complete our Fall ball teams.

🥎We need at least 2-3 players for our coach pitch roster. This level is for players ages 5-8, and is great for new players. The focus is on fundamentals & learning the flow of the game. Every player bats each inning (no 3-out rule.)

📋We also need a couple volunteers to coach our Coach Pitch team (Head coach & Assistant), as well as a head coach volunteer for one of our minors player pitch teams.

Players can still register online at Woodlandvalleysoftball.com

If you're willing to volunteer to coach, please email us at [email protected]

Let us know if you have any questions & please spread the word to anyone you know who may be interested! Thank you!
