📢Save The Date! Opening day is almost here!

🌟 Please join us on Saturday April 18th, 10:30AM at Pent Field (Beacon Falls Recreational Complex)

🥎 Plans for the event include an opening ceremony to kick off the Spring season, team/individual photos, food trucks, and 2 scrimmage games amongst Woodland Valley teams.

A big shout out to the Woodland Regional High School Softball Team for hosting another great clinic this year! So many of our girls attended & had the best time, learning from some of the best around! From all of us at Woodland Valley Softball League, we wish you the best of luck for another amazing season! We'll be cheering you on! GO HAWKS!! 🖤💛

🥎Reminder! Only a few more days to register for Spring 2026 before the $25 late fee will apply. After 3/14, we also cannot guarantee having the players name on their jersey, or their choice of number.

Players of all skill levels, ages 4 to 14 are welcome to join! We offer Tee Ball, Coach/Machine Pitch, Minors Player Pitch, Majors & Juniors.

The cost of registration is $50 for Tee Ball, and $100 for all other levels. A jersey is included in this fee for all.

📢 Reminder! The 1st session of Winter Workouts is taking place tomorrow (Sunday) 3/1 at at 3pm in the Prospect Community Center Gym.

Players MUST be registered for the Spring 2026 season to attend (coach-pitch & up.) There is still plenty of time to register if you haven't already. See the pinned Registration post for more information & visit woodlandvalleysoftball.com to get started.
*Medical form must be complete to participate.

🥎💪Winter Workouts are back!

Woodland Valley Softball League will once again be hosting Winter Workouts at the Prospect Community Center (gym) located at 12 Center Street in Prospect. There will be sessions on 3 Sundays in March- the 1st, 8th, & 15th. Each session will be broken up into 2 parts: 3:00- 4:15 will be all skills, and 4:15 - 5:00 will be focused on pitchers & catchers.

🌟This year, we will also be having a special guest instructor from Bottom 9 Sports Academy (Peyton), lead the March 8th session. This will be a great opportunity for our players, as well our volunteer coaches to learn new drills.

To participate, the player MUST:
❗️Be registered for the Spring 2026 season for either Coach Pitch, Minors Player Pitch, Majors, or Juniors.
❗️Have medical forms completed.

🥎Players should bring their sneakers, gloves, face masks, & bats.

The Woodland Hawks are once again hosting a softball clinic on Saturday March 14th. Many of our girls attended last year & had the best time! We highly recommend signing up if able!

*Note this is not the Winter Workouts Woodland Valley Softball League will be hosting. This is a separate event hosted by the HS team.

You can take the girl out of Woodland Valley, but you can't take the Woodland Valley out of the girl!
Congratulations girls on a wonderful concert last night!

If your daughter has considered giving softball a try, let this be your sign to register this Spring! Registration will be opening soon (more information to follow.) Come find out what so many other girls have discovered- the benefits of softball reach way beyond the field!
