One generation? Three? Five? Maybe your family has been here longer than anyone realizes.

Fraternal organizations like ours have always been closely tied to the communities they serve, and some of the most interesting local history lives in family stories that never make it into a history book.

Brotherhood is one of those words that gets used often, but it can mean something different to everyone.

To some, it means having people who will stand beside you when life gets difficult. To others, it means friendship, accountability, service, or simply knowing that you are part of something larger than yourself.

Proctorville Lodge No. 550 will hold our October Stated Meeting this Thursday, October 1st.

🔨 Lodge Opens — 7:30 PM

Come out, enjoy a good meal, spend some time in fellowship, and join us for the business of the Lodge.

We’d especially encourage any Brother we haven’t seen in a while to come back out and spend the evening with us. The Lodge is always better when the sidelines are full.

We’d love to have you join us this Thursday at 6:30 PM for Fellowship Night at Proctorville Lodge No. 550!

This is simply an evening to slow down, enjoy some good food, spend time together, and welcome family, friends, and neighbors into the lodge.

Bring your wife and kids, invite a friend, or come by yourself — there will be a place for you at the table.

And if you know a good man who has ever been curious about Freemasonry or wondered what the lodge is all about, bring him along. There’s no pressure and no formal presentation — just a chance to meet the brethren, ask questions, and enjoy an evening of fellowship.

Whether you’ve been around the lodge for years or you’ve never stepped through the door before, you’re welcome.

🇺🇸 Celebrating 250 Years of American Independence 🇺🇸

Today, Proctorville Lodge No. 550 joins our nation in honoring the 250th anniversary of American independence.

Since 1776, the American story has been carried forward by men and women who believed in liberty, duty, faith, sacrifice, and the enduring promise of a free people. As Freemasons, we are reminded that the blessings of freedom must never be taken lightly, but guarded with wisdom, strengthened by virtue, and passed faithfully to the next generation.

May we continue to build upon the foundation laid by those who came before us, remembering that true liberty is preserved not only by laws and institutions, but by the character of the people entrusted with it.

Proctorville Lodge No. 550 will be conferring a Fellow Craft Degree this Thursday, June 25.

Dinner will begin at 6:30 PM, with degree work starting at 7:30 PM.

Please come out and support our candidate Brother as he takes this important next step in his Masonic journey. A strong showing from the Brethren means a great deal, not only to the candidate, but to the Lodge as a whole.

Lecture Practice Tonight at Proctorville Lodge

Brethren, this is a reminder that we will be holding lecture practice tonight at Proctorville Lodge beginning at 6:00 PM.

This is a great opportunity to sharpen our work, build confidence, and support one another as we continue striving for excellence in the Craft. Whether you are actively learning a part, brushing up on your lecture, or simply coming to help and observe, your presence is appreciated.
