Hey Everyone! This week we have come up with a drawing of what we believe the layout once was of the old St.Rose School! It isn't accurate size wise, but it will give us a good idea. We ask if this looks correct or if we need to make changes, let us know!

In our last post we had mentioned the Fleur De Lis being painted on the steps leading to the basement. From our research, this is what we found the Fleur De Lis means.
"The Roman Catholic Church ascribed the lily as the special emblem of the Virgin Mary. Due to its three "petals," the fleur-de-lis has also been used to represent the Holy Trinity."

Pictured below is the original St.Rose School. It is thought to have been built in 1924 according to the engraved brick located on the outside of the building. It has then changed hands as an auto shop for a time, Proctor Utility Center, and currently as a storage facility for Proctor Builders. Currently all that remains inside of the original school are paintings on the steps leading to the basement. These paintings are the Fleur De Lis.
