The ArcoStrum Experience is a one-of-kind concert that blends the traditional with the modern in ways never before heard. Merging Eastern and Western cultures, ArcoStrum combines the evocative sound of traditional Chinese instruments like the erhu (Chinese two-string fiddle) and dizi (Chinese bamboo flute) with the virtuosity of classical violin, guitar and electric guitar/bass. It’s a dynamic range of innovative programming that promises to transcend boundaries and celebrate the evolution of music across cultures and generations.
