What an afternoon! First ecstatic dance at Om Life Living yoga studio near Princeton NJ and the energy was fabulous! So much love on Valentines day!

We kicked off with stretching, light yoga, connection games, and even a trust fall, then flowed straight into a salsa lesson set to Bad Bunny with his visuals lighting up the big screen! From there it opened into full free-form ecstatic dance — movement, laughter, sweat, and zero judgment! We closed grounded with meditation, a sharing circle, fresh fruit, juice, and a room full of new connections!

Huge gratitude to everyone who showed up and made it what it was! Led by Love Adnan Shamsi with Lara Ranisavljevic! Much apreciation and love for assistance of Alison Natalie and Priya 🥰
