Housing Initiatives of Princeton Charitable Trust (HIPCT) is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization that started assisting families in 2004 in Princeton, NJ and neighboring communities. HIPCT achieves its mission through the procurement and coordination of resources of board members, member congregations, partner agencies, concerned individuals, businesses, foundations, and charitable trusts. Transitional housing is provided up to twenty-four months. In addition to housing, HIPCT provides individualized case management services needed for clients to succeed independently.
