C-Change Conversations Non-partisan dialogue on issues of climate change and energy, sponsoring lectures and education with experts in these areas.

-Princeton, NJ

We are a group of concerned citizens, interested in understanding the effects of our changing climate. We promote non-partisan dialog around the issues of climate change and energy. We sponsor lectures and education sessions with entrepreneurs, scientists, and energy specialists. Our aim is to reach out to people along all sides of the political spectrum to learn and discuss with them the latest t

hinking on the implications of this local and worldwide challenge. We wonder how will climate change affect:

Our community
Our health
Our businesses
Our houses
Our food
Our childrens’ future

How do we build resilient infrastructure? What new technologies are seeking investors? What opportunities are out there for job and community growth? We believe that by talking and learning with each other we can move toward a resilient response that benefits us all. We see that change is coming; we want to understand it through shared conversation and action.

In one of the most ironic twists of his tenure, President Trump’s military confrontation with Iran may end up with an unintended consequence: accelerating the world’s transition away from fossil fuels.

Even before the war, countries were beginning to pivot toward renewable technologies and electrify their heating, cooling, and transportation sectors. The Iranian crisis appears to be boosting the transition to warp drive.

Climate change is walloping our wallets -- and putting our farmers' livelihoods at stake -- as extreme weather damages crops, imperils livestock, and disrupts the supply chain.

Beef prices are already 14% higher than winter a year ago, and are projected to go up another 10% by year’s end.

That's just one of the concerns we explore in our latest "Curated Climate News." https://c-changeconversations.org/here-come-the-wildfires/

Taking action on climate change is about saving the things that sustain our way of life and protect the future for our loved ones.
That's at the heart of C-Change Founder and President Kathleen Biggins' radio interview on WJCT News public radio in Jacksonville, FL. She discussed the intersection of faith and climate with Rev. Mark Anderson of St. John's Cathedral on "First Coast Connect" while she was in town for a series of C-Change presentations.

You may have noticed we focus a lot on “win-win” situations here in our "B-Change" blog. Nearly all of the possible actions to help address climate change also make our lives better.

Volunteering is no exception. Many of us feel overwhelmed and frightened by climate change. There is plenty of evidence that action is the antidote to anxiety, so getting involved can help us feel better. Simply interacting with other like-minded people can make us feel understood – and more hopeful about the future.

Committing as little as one hour a month can make an impact and we have some suggestions for how you can get started.

MARCH 2026 By Karen Dougherty The climate is changing before our eyes, and the B-Change blog is here to share ways we can all be part of the solution. Past topics have highlighted changes we can make on our own, but today the focus is on amplifying our individual efforts. How? In a word: volunteer.....

On Earth Day we ask -- what can we do to secure a safer future for us all?

We can wean off fossil fuels as fast as is feasible. Invest in new technologies and processes that can power our economy more safely, or that can absorb and lock away some of this excess energy. Support scientific inquiry. Break the old energy paradigm and create something new.

It’s the right thing for the Earth – and the right thing for our safety and financial security. We need to work together for a quicker energy transition and a more secure future for all.

C-Change helps people understand that the risks of climate change are personal. No matter where we live, there will be impacts on our homes, our health, our jobs, and our national security.

That's why we created our Climate Primer. It's a nonpartisan, multimedia presentation on the science of climate change and the solutions at hand to address the problem. Developed in consultation with scientists, business leaders, and public policy experts working on climate change, it's perfect for anyone interested in a fair and balanced approach to this issue, including community groups, business organizations, faith organizations, schools, and planning associations.

Bring C-Change to your community and help your friends and neighbors understand why we all need to act now to protect our future. Learn more here: https://c-changeconversations.org/c-change-climate-primer/
