Protecting Fusion’s Finest — and Our Wildlife

Today, A Platoon was alerted to a fawn that had become trapped in a fence within the lab grounds. Crews quickly responded and were able to safely free the young deer without injury. After the rescue, the fawn was successfully reunited with its mother nearby.

Happy Mother’s Day to the women who brought us into this world!

To all the moms who supported us through the long hours, countless days of missed family events due to work schedules or training, while managing everything you do at work, and at home while continuing to support us as we chase the dream most kids have of being a fireman, all while being the glue that keeps us all together. We thank you, for everything!

Happy Mother’s Day from Local 66.

This morning, C Shift practiced more of the technical rescue aspect to include picks while suspended, building off Sundays session.

After lunch, Plainsboro Professional Firefighters Association - Local 4954 stopped over to practice hose line stretches in large areas. Keeping our skills well rounded in all aspects keeps us ready at a moments notice. We thank the crew from Plainsboro for always working alongside us, continuing the tradition of brotherhood in the name of training!
