We also rely on our community for support with our mission to see that no animal is left without a home. SWVAL is not a brick and mortar facility therefore we do not have a contact phone number. We are a 501c3 rescue network. We rely solely on a network of foster homes, fundraisers and the help of our community to continue to reach out to needy animals. We give precedence to our county, Mercer, an

d the WV and VA counties that border us when taking in animals for rescue. Please consider getting involved with SWVAL by becoming a foster, volunteering at/attending a fundraiser and/or networking our events.
