The average income for a Kenyan villager, particularly those in rural areas is often low. Estimates suggest daily earnings can range from $1 to $10 a day, depending on the work. This is the economic challenge in rural Kenya. This one Boda Boda (motorcycle taxi service) earns approximately $4 dollars a day. This supplements this young couples current income.
