We came, we saw, we conquered 💕👏🏽 And babyyyy when I tell y’all I am SO proud of my girls!! From the practices, the hard work, the long nights, the laughs, the stress, the outfits, the hair, ALL of it paid off 🥹✨

My girls stepped out and did exactly what they were supposed to do! They looked beautiful, danced their hearts out, stayed together, and showed OUT 💅🏽

This is only the beginning for ERR Elite Rhythm Rebels cause baby we coming harder every single time 😮‍💨💕 I cannot WAIT to do it again. Watching these girls grow in confidence, strength, beauty, and sisterhood really means everything to me.

Thank y’all to everybody who supported us, donated, showed up, reposted, clapped, and believed in my babies 🤍 We just getting started!

And for everybody who ever donated, supported, sent a dollar, bought food, shared a post, or helped in ANY way… y’all see exactly where your money went towards 🥹💕 Every bit of love poured right back into these babies.

As the owner and coach of ERR Elite Rhythm Rebels, I’ve learned a lot in this short amount of time, and one thing I’ve learned is what I will and will not tolerate within this program.

ERR is not a babysitting service. This is a structured dance program built on discipline, teamwork, respect, accountability, and commitment. When dancers come to practice, they are expected to dance, learn, practice, and contribute positively to the team environment.

Moving forward:

• Repeated disrespect from dancers will not be tolerated. Every child will receive grace and correction, but ongoing disruptive behavior will result in removal from the team.
• Disrespectful behavior from parents toward staff or the program will also not be tolerated.
• If a child leaves or is removed from the team, Custom Made Items will remain property of ERR dance team.
• Parents are expected to communicate respectfully and seek understanding before assuming situations involving their child.
• If you do not want your child corrected, disciplined, or held accountable during practice, then ERR may not be the right fit for your family.
• Dancers are expected to practice outside of practice hours, remain focused during rehearsals, and come prepared to work.

I have invested my time, gas, energy, money, and heart into these children and this organization. I care deeply about every dancer, but I will no longer allow the peace, structure, and growth of this team to be disrupted by constant negativity, lack of support, or repeated behavioral issues.

This program is for families who truly want their children to grow, learn, and be a part of something meaningful.

🚨 ERR Uniform Policy 🚨

All stand battle uniforms, custom leotards, and exclusive team performance pieces are property of ERR Elite Rhythm Rebels.

These uniforms are specifically designed and purchased for use within the ERR program and are not everyday personal items. Because they are custom team apparel tied directly to the organization, all payments made toward these uniforms are considered non-refundable donations to the team.

Once a uniform payment is made:

• There are NO refunds.
• Uniforms remain with ERR if a dancer leaves, quits, or is removed from the team.
• Stand battle uniforms and custom leotards are donated back into the program to support future dancers and performances.

As a coach and program owner, I invest my own:
• Time
• Gas/transportation
• Training
• Choreography
• Energy
• Personal finances

into building this team and supporting these dancers. Just as I do not receive refunds for the time, effort, and money poured into the program, uniform payments are also non-refundable.

By participating in ERR, parents acknowledge and agree to this policy before uniforms are ordered or distributed.
