There are moments in life where you realize it’s not just about volunteering… it’s about loving people through action. 💛🖤

This week, it was truly an honor to celebrate the incredible staff of Calvert Middle School during Staff Appreciation Week.

These teachers, counselors, administrators, custodians, support staff, and leaders show up every single day for our students — often carrying far more than anyone sees behind the scenes. They pour into our children academically, emotionally, and personally, and they deserve to be celebrated loudly.

Being able to give back to the people who give so much of themselves is something I never take for granted.

From the smiles… to the laughter… to seeing staff feel seen and appreciated for even a moment …
that’s what it’s all about.

I will always carry the stripes of CMS proudly. 🐅
Because when schools, families, and communities come together with heart, incredible things happen.

What a night! 🎳💙

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out for our Calvert Middle School PTSA Spirit Night and made it such a fun, joyful evening. Whether you bowled a strike (or a gutter ball 😄), grabbed snacks, cheered on friends, or simply showed up to support our school — you helped make a difference for our students and staff, and I’m so grateful.

Serving as the current PTSA President has been an honor, and I’m excited to share that this summer I’ll be passing the baton to Michaela — this amazing human being right here. 🫶🏽 I couldn’t be more confident about the heart, leadership, and energy she’ll bring to our PTSA and our school community.

Thank you again for showing up for Calvert Middle — we’re better together! 💙✨
