Reading Buddies is a great program for emerging readers at the elementary level. Young readers read out loud to teen volunteers and also do fun activities. Reading out loud is beneficial for everyone. It builds vocabulary, improves listening skills and models fluent reading! Teen volunteers earn 1 hour of community service as well!

Teens only! Come out and bring your friends for pizza, dancing and karaoke with DJ Dave to celebrate the end of summer. Registration is required. Single admittance to the event; attendees will not be re-admitted should they leave the library.
