So I owe Krpx ThePeak the biggest apology ever! During my Facebook live to give away our Toy Story 5 tickets! I was overly distracted and I didn’t mention them in the way they definitely deserve! They are so amazing and I love and adore them all so much! I want to thank you for everything they do for us and all the local businesses. They go above and beyond and I’m ashamed of the way I mentioned them in my post before. They deserved better than that.

So again, Thank you so much The Peak Kara Parsons Maynes for putting on the Toy Story 5 event. It has been a lot of fun to be able to participate in and get our community involved. You are all amazing and I appreciate everything.

I’m so grateful for every business we have had the pleasure of working with! We have an amazingly incredible community and I’m so proud to be able to be a part of it!

Workshop #2 of the Powering Tomorrow Community Series on Nuclear Energy will be held tonight, June 18, at 7:00 p.m. at the Carbon County Events Center.

This workshop, "From Rock to Reactor: The Modern Nuclear Fuel," will explore the nuclear fuel cycle from uranium mining and milling through fuel fabrication and power generation. Industry experts will discuss the technologies being used today, Utah's role in the nation's nuclear energy future, and the potential economic and workforce opportunities for rural communities.

Light refreshments will be served, and the event is free and open to the public.
